Now is the time when things in the tech world slow down for a bit. But we are still here with plenty of good information for you. And always some good gaming recommendations.

Google:

- YouTube is back on the Echo Show.

- Android 8.1 Developer Preview is now available.

- Google did a very bad thing when it comes to location data.

- OnePlus 5T is now available.

Microsoft:

- Facebook login support is no longer an option on Skype.

Apple:

- iMac Pro rumored capabilities.

- iPhone SE 2 rumored for 'early' 2018.

- iPhone X availability is getting better.

- Update your iPhone to fix the I issue. Mostly.

Gaming:

- You may be able to get Microsoft Game Pass for $1 for the first month. Depending on when you listen to this...

- Minecraft is now integrated with Mixer on Windows 10, Android and iOS.

- Indie Game Spotlight of the Week: I Am Overburdened from Magic Item Tech.

- Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp, Android, iOS.

- EA is getting a lot of crap for the way Battlefront is set up to play.

- GRID Autosport from Feral Interactive has been ported to iOS. But only on certain, newer devices.

Calling All Platforms Tech and Gaming News
We're just a few guys talking about our favorite hobby. And that just happens to be tech! We cover everything from Apple to Google to PC to console gaming. We give viewpoints from all sides.

Tempers can tend to get pretty heated when it comes to technology and platforms. Everyone has a favorite. But here we think that arguing about why we're different doesn't do a whole lot to make us happier. So you've got a favorite platform? Awesome. So do we. But we figure that there's always going to be something worthwhile wherever you choose to check your email, browse your social medias, or play your games, so we try to keep an open mind.

We're not interested in angry rants about the terrible state of various industries, nor are we interested in laying blame for problems squarely at someone's feet. We recognize that in a lot of cases the reason we might not enjoy something is entirely the blame of our own preferences. The only name-calling and platform-bashing you'll see around here will be in good fun, and likely self-inflicted.

We're on a quest to find quality technology wherever we can get it. Sometimes that's an Android smartphone, sometimes it's a Surface or an iMac. In any case, you are welcome to join us.
