Episode 32: Xbox One X and E3 Part 1

Published on: 13th June, 2017

This week is all about gaming. Well, pretty much. We do have a few things with Apple and Google to talk about. But easily the biggest topics are the new Xbox One X, formally known as Project Scorpio, and the first couple of days of E3.

We give our thoughts about the One X and the rest of the details about it including price and when you can buy it. Also there are a lot (A LOT) of games coming with it.

We also try to cover as many of the big games that have been announced so far at E3.

We also give a lot of speculation and hopes for things that could come at some point in the future.

About the Podcast

Calling All Platforms Tech and Gaming News
We're just a few guys talking about our favorite hobby. And that just happens to be tech! We cover everything from Apple to Google to PC to console gaming. We give viewpoints from all sides.

Tempers can tend to get pretty heated when it comes to technology and platforms. Everyone has a favorite. But here we think that arguing about why we're different doesn't do a whole lot to make us happier. So you've got a favorite platform? Awesome. So do we. But we figure that there's always going to be something worthwhile wherever you choose to check your email, browse your social medias, or play your games, so we try to keep an open mind.

We're not interested in angry rants about the terrible state of various industries, nor are we interested in laying blame for problems squarely at someone's feet. We recognize that in a lot of cases the reason we might not enjoy something is entirely the blame of our own preferences. The only name-calling and platform-bashing you'll see around here will be in good fun, and likely self-inflicted.

We're on a quest to find quality technology wherever we can get it. Sometimes that's an Android smartphone, sometimes it's a Surface or an iMac. In any case, you are welcome to join us.
